PUSH Pray Until Something Happens
💧S – Scripture
Galatians 6:9 reminds us that there’s a harvest on the other side of obedience. But we can’t reach it if we give up in the middle of the pressure. This scripture is a lifeline on the days we feel unseen, unsupported, or spiritually tired.
🪞O – Observation
This verse doesn’t deny weariness it anticipates it.
God knew we would grow tired while doing good… while showing up consistently… while building something sacred from scratch.
In my own Birthing Purpose™ journey, I’ve felt this deep.
I’ve been:
DoorDashing to survive,
Living in hotel rooms while parenting and fasting,
Carrying dreams of coaching moms, launching my brand, and rebuilding life from the inside out.
There’ve been days I wanted to quit. But each time, God whispered:
“You’re in the final trimester. Don’t abort the promise.”
This verse isn’t just about waiting—it’s about continuing.
The harvest will come, but only if we don’t give up during labor.
🔥 A – Application
Today, I choose to PUSH even when it’s uncomfortable.
Not because I feel strong but because God is my strength.
I will:
✨ Move my body even when my heart feels heavy.
✨ Rest my mind by silencing the overthinking.
✨ Refocus my spirit on what I’m birthing instead of what I’m lacking.
You can’t quit now, sis. Not after all you’ve survived.
Every tear, every fasted meal, every faithful journal entry it’s activating your harvest.
This is not burnout this is birthing.
🙏🏽 P – Prayer
Lord,
When I feel tired, discouraged, or defeated, remind me that this is just the final trimester. You’re with me. You’re for me. Give me the strength to keep pushing, one faithful step at a time. I trust You to send strength, support, and stillness exactly when I need it.
My breakthrough is near. I will not give up now.
Amen.
📓 Journal Prompt:
Where do I feel weary but still called?
What would it look like to push with God’s strength instead of my own?
🌱 Day 5 Wellness Focus:
🧠 Mental Fast: No overthinking
🥗 Meal Focus: Quinoa + roasted vegetables + olive oil drizzle
🍵 Tea: Dandelion or turmeric tea
🧘🏽♀️ Movement: Gentle Pilates or bodyweight strength
💌 Affirmation: “God is strengthening me to carry and complete what He placed inside me.”
Sis, I know the weight is heavy but so is the anointing.
You were called to carry this. You were graced to birth it.
And even when it feels like you’re walking alone, you’re actually in the delivery room of divine destiny.
This isn’t just resistance it’s transition.
And transition always feels the hardest right before the promise comes forth.
So today, lean into the Strength-Giver.
Let God be your midwife, your muscle, and your miracle.
Take one more breath. One more step.
Because you’re not just birthing purpose you’re birthing you.
Your strength isn’t failing it’s forming.
And your harvest? It’s closer than it looks. 🌾
Let’s keep pushing, one sacred step at a time
